Jack Keroac's Lookout - A4 Print.

In the summer of 1956 the beat generation author Jack Kerouac spent 63 days in the wilderness of the Mount Baker National Park.

He made in his home in a small U.S. forest service fire lookout cabin at the top of ominously named Desolation Peak and spent his days writing thinking and watching the horizon for any plume smoke; telltale signs of fires in the forest bellow.
